Belfair WA~98528~ Homes for Sale and Sold Market Report~ March 2009~

 

  Has Spring Sprung in the Belfair, WA real Estate Market?  Our local Belfair real estate market shows the following for the end of March 2009.

There are currently 100  homes for sale in Belfair. This is up from last month by 20 homes. The prices range from $89,000 on up to $839,000 with many choices in between offering a lot of options in all price ranges.

 

Inventory has increased  offering a lot of great choices and opportunities out there!  Buyers don't miss your chance!

 Homes that are Pending in Belfair, WA- These have a mutually accepted purchase and sale between buyer and seller and they are going through the closing process; typically a 30-45 day time line depending on various factors.

There are currently 14 homes for sale that are pending. This includes homes from a list price of $59,900 on up to $300,000. The average price range is $166,867; average market time has been 255 days.

  • Homes that have sold in Belfair the month of March 2009:

There were 6 homes sold in March of 2009 .WA ranging from $71,500 on up to $299,000. The average days on the market for these was 255.

We are finally seeing buyers "get off the fence" and take advantage of the great choices and opportunities available in the Belfair WA real estate market.

It is a stirring!! USDA housing is a great way to go for our area. With a minimum credit score of 620, zero down, good rates, 8,000 tax credit, prices lower,it is time to buy. It is great to see the activity coming alive again. Thanks for the great info Val:))

Hi Pattie! I love the USDA loan program! It is great to see things start to move along. There are some great loan program available out there and there are some great homes still available....but the inventory IS starting to be gobbled up, which will change things eventually.  Thanks for stopping in !
