It is a stirring!! USDA housing is a great way to go for our area. With a minimum credit score of 620, zero down, good rates, 8,000 tax credit, prices lower,it is time to buy. It is great to see the activity coming alive again. Thanks for the great info Val:))
Hi Pattie! I love the USDA loan program! It is great to see things start to move along. There are some great loan program available out there and there are some great homes still available....but the inventory IS starting to be gobbled up, which will change things eventually.
